Thanks to its ultra-small footprint (80×86 mm), it can be easily integrated—even in tight spaces. Maximum Safety in Minimum Space
Despite its small size, the RSL 200 safety laser scanner from Leuze, with a 3-meter operating range, delivers big on performance. With a wide 275° scanning angle, it safeguards two sides of the machine simultaneously, reducing the need for additional hardware and cutting installation costs.
Optimized for mobile applications like AGVs (Autonomous Guided Vehicles) and AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), the scanner’s protective and warning fields adjust dynamically to curves, speed changes, and load variations. Up to 32 switchable 3-field sets allow real-time adaptation to movement, offering a total of 96 configurable field sets.

Real-Time Diagnostics and Versatile Communication
The RSL 200 app enables real-time access to status and diagnostics via Bluetooth – right from a smartphone or tablet (Android/iOS) – even in hard-to-reach locations. Service files can be sent directly to Leuze support, and diagnostics can be performed without disabling the protective fields.
Configuration and diagnostics can be carried out intuitively via three communication interfaces: Bluetooth, USB, or Ethernet TCP/IP, giving users maximum flexibility.
Minimal downtime with RSL 200
To ensure maximum system availability, the RSL 200 includes a removable configuration memory. This enables seamless transfer of the saved settings to a new device without manual reconfiguration.
If servicing is required, the scanner can be swapped out in just a few simple steps – no realignment needed. This minimizes downtime and keeps your operations running smoothly.
