Programmable controller Vision570 from Unitronics

 The Vision570 is a powerful full function programmable logic controller with a built-in high resolution, full colour 5.7″ touchscreen. This programmable controller from Unitronics features snap-in I/Os that plug directly into the back of the Vision unit to create a self-contained PLC.

  • Customizable PID – Up to 24 built-in self-adjusting PID loops.
  • Data Tables – Use the Data Tables feature for dynamic data logging and recipe storage.
  • Easy change of recipes – Easily switch between recipes or menus using the buttons. This allows immediate activation of the desired process via the HMI display.
  • Image library – Simple HMI display design with built-in image library.
  • Info Mode – A long press on the screen switches to a special mode for operating the controller.
  • Encoder inputs – 10kHz inputs for connecting high-frequency meters, frequency meters and encoders.
  • Quick outputs – Control of stepper motors or PID applications with PWM outputs.
  • Virtual keyboard – Easy data entry via the built-in virtual keyboard.

Expand your PLC to your needs

Controllers can be expanded with two types of expansion modules:

  • “Snap-in” I/Os – connection of inputs/outputs directly to the controller (up to 62 I/O)
  • I/O expansion modules – expansion via COM port or CANbus connection (up to 1000 I/O, 1 km)
