The construction of MachFlex cables allows for significantly smaller bend radii—down to 5× the cable diameter, compared to the typical 10×—making them ideal for space-constrained installations.

In addition to easier installation, their enhanced flexibility also significantly reduces mechanical stress during operation. This extends the cable’s service life and lowers the risk of failure, directly contributing to greater reliability in the production process.

Another key advantage is their resistance to long-term dynamic stress. They are designed to withstand up to 14 million bending cycles, enabling much longer replacement intervals. This means fewer unplanned stoppages and less emergency maintenance.
