Thanks to intelligent CAT (Contrast Adaptive Teach) technology DRT 25C reliably detects any type of object as a ‘deviation’ to the conveyor belt surface. The sensor uses conveyor belt surface as a reference instead of the product.
The detection is also independent of the surface characteristics of the products, such as the color, gloss, and transparency, which most diffuse reflection sensors have problems with. So you can now really detect any type of object.
