Miniature photoelectric sensors from Leuze are suitable for all types of applications. Photoelectric sensors of the 3C series boast the greatest range of features and impress with large ranges, improved function reserves and lower price compared to competitors.

The versatile range of models for a variety of applications
There are 2 different classes of photoelectric sensors available:
- Difuse sensor with background suppresion, with operation range up to 550 mm and operation frequency up to 3000 Hz,
- Retro-reflective photoelectric sensors that function according to the reflection principle, with operation range up to 5 m and an operation frequency up to 3000 Hz.
There are 2 versions of retro-reflective photoelectric sensors with:
- Autocollimation optics – with 3 mm dot at 1 m distance in the laser version
- Dynamic tracking function – with the adjustment of the receiver range according to the received signal level. This is important where impurities appear on the optical parts and the sensor ensures reliable operation by changing the range.
