The so-called checker image sensor is basically an industrial sensor with a built-in camera, processor, lighting and optics. The new In-Sight 2000 series of image sensors combines the powerful In-Sight software environment with a simple, affordable image sensor.

Thanks to the excellent combination of already tested In-Sight tools and algorithms and the new modular design, the configuration of the image sensor is quick and easy. Together with the In-Sight Explorer EasyBuilder interface, which provides fast step-by-step programming, the In-Sight 2000 series allows even inexperienced users to achieve reliable control applications.

The modular design allows quick replacement of colored lights, lenses and connector installation. Thus, the configuration of the connection connectors can be performed in a straight or angular design without additional accessories.

This ensures maximum installation flexibility, simplifies wiring and reduces the need for additional brackets. Its high-performance, patented, circular LED light can also produce diffused-diffuse lighting throughout the image, thus eliminating the need for expensive outdoor lighting.

In-Sight 2000 models are all ideal for optical control of simple applications such as presence / absence checking and line production optimization.

You can choose between 3 models:

• In-Sight 2000-110 and In-Sight 2000-120 contain GOOD / POOR control algorithms.
• The In-Sight 2000-130 model has added functions: positions, pixel counting, brightness, contrast, various measurement and counting.
