It provides you with the best results even on dark, structured or poorly reflective surfaces. If you attach a reflector to the subject, you will be able to measure even distances up to 150 m. Without a reflector (mirror), the sensor allows you to measure up to 100 m.
Choose between different operating modes
The optoNCDT ILR2250-100 industrial laser sensor allows you to measure distances greater than 0.05 m. The linearity for distance measurements between 0.05 and 20 meters is ± 1 mm, according to the standard deviation of 2σ (for 95.4% of all measurements).
Depending on the required accuracy or target type, you can choose between four sensor operating modes. The fourth of the modes, the so-called “Automatic mode”, is intended for measuring dark, poorly reflective and distant targets. The ILR2250 therefore allows you to measure on many, even demanding surfaces.
